Father God, we thank You because You will not disappoint anyone who places their trust in You.
Yes, the Scriptures say, “Anyone who trusts in Him will never be disappointed.” It says this because there is no difference between those who are Jews and those who are not. The same Lord is the Lord of all people. And He richly blesses everyone who looks to Him for help. Yes, “everyone who trusts in the Lord will be saved.”
“You are worthy, our Lord and God! You are worthy to receive glory and honor and power.
You are worthy because You created all things. They were created and they exist. This is the way You planned it.”
We were made not primarily that we may love God (though we were made for that too) but that God may love us, that we may become objects in which the Divine love may rest ‘well pleased’. #CSLewis

Thank You Lord for all the things You do daily on my behalf.
O Lord, thou art my God; I will exalt Thee, I will praise Thy name; for Thou hast done wonderful things; Thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.

At midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken. And immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s shackles were loosened.
