And shall not God avenge His own elect, which cry day and night unto Him, though He bear long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of Man cometh, shall He find faith on the earth?
Do you take the kindness of God for granted? Do you see His patience and tolerance as signs that He is a pushover when it comes to sin? How could you not know that His kindness is guiding our hearts to turn away from distractions and habitual sin to walk a new path?
Thank You, Lord, for never giving up on me!
1 Timothy 1:15-17
Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst. But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display His immense patience as an example for those who would believe in Him and receive eternal life. Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory for ever and ever. Amen.
But here is what I tell you. Love your enemies. Pray for those who hurt you. Then you will be children of your Father who is in heaven. He causes His sun to shine on evil people and good people. He sends rain on those who do right and those who don’t.
He took me to a safe place. Because He delights in me, He saved me.
2 Corinthians 6:2
For He says: “In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you.” Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.
Lord help us to show kindness to all.
1 Thessalonians 5:15
Be sure that no one pays back wrong for wrong, but always try to do what is good for each other and for all people.
Psalm 40:1, 3
I waited patiently for the Lord; He turned to me and heard my cry. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear the Lord and put their trust in Him.
Thank You Lord that You are always at work in us.
2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slow concerning His promise, as some count slowness. But He is patient with us, because He does not want any to perish, but all to come to repentance.
Lord, may we humble ourselves before You & let You wash away our sins & accept Your forgiveness.
So after He had washed their feet, and had taken His garments, and was set down again, He said unto them, Know ye what I have done to you?
