#PrayerForTheWeek – Repentant Heart

Heavenly Father, we come before to seek forgiveness & thank You for being our rock & our strength.

Job 42:6

And I am ashamed of myself. I am so sorry. As I sit in the dust and ashes, I promise to change my heart and my life.”

God loves you, & waits to redeem & reclaim you.

Malachi 3:17-18

The Lord said, “They belong to Me. I will be kind to them. Parents are very kind to their children who obey them. In the same way I will be kind to My followers. You people will come back to Me, and you will learn the difference between good and evil. You will learn the difference between someone who follows God and someone who does not.

Who will you call on: Jesus the Rock, or the rocks & mountains? #FoodForThought

Revelation 6:15-17

Then all the people—the kings of the world, the rulers, the army commanders, the rich people, the powerful people, every slave, and every free person—hid themselves in caves and behind the rocks on the mountains. They said to the mountains and the rocks, “Fall on us. Hide us from the face of the one who sits on the throne. Hide us from the anger of the Lamb! The great day for their anger has come. No one can stand against it.”

In life you will find the very things you are looking for. The question begs, what are you looking for?

Philippians 4:8

From now on, brothers and sisters, if anything is excellent and if anything is admirable, focus your thoughts on these things: all that is true, all that is holy, all that is just, all that is pure, all that is lovely, and all that is worthy of praise.
