Those who abandon deceit and embrace what is true, they will enter into the light where it will be clear that all their deeds come from God.
Celebrate God all day, every day. I mean, revel in Him! Make it as clear as you can to all you meet that you’re on their side, working with them and not against them. Help them see that the Master is about to arrive. He could show up any minute!
Let us seek God, not only early in the day, but also early in every situation that arises. May we always put our hope in God.
Early in the morning before the sun is up, I am praying and pointing out how much I trust in You.
“Glory to God in highest heaven, and peace on earth to those with whom God is pleased.”
As we turn on our Christmas lights, let us remember the Light that illuminates the world with truth, justice & love.
In the same way, you should be a light for other people. Live so that they will see the good things you do and praise your Father in heaven.
Father we thank You that through faith, prayer, praise & Your Word we can conquer every fear. Help us not to let fear lie to us. We thank You for the hope & faith in Your power to work on our behalf. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen
2 Timothy 1:7
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
2 Timothy 3:2-4
For people will be lovers of self and [utterly] self-centered, lovers of money and aroused by an inordinate [greedy] desire for wealth, proud and arrogant and contemptuous boasters. They will be abusive (blasphemous, scoffing), disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy and profane. [They will be] without natural [human] affection (callous and inhuman), relentless (admitting of no truce or appeasement); [they will be] slanderers (false accusers, troublemakers), intemperate and loose in morals and conduct, uncontrolled and fierce, haters of good. [They will be] treacherous [betrayers], rash, [and] inflated with self-conceit. [They will be] lovers of sensual pleasures and vain amusements more than and rather than lovers of God.
2 Timothy 4:3-4
For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear. They will reject the truth and chase after myths.
